Steamed tuna tikka masala

It runs in the blood. Being of Punjabi descent means all the spices associated with South Asia. When we visited Dhakka several months ago, on my ‘to buy list’ were packed spices and sauces from the Indian subcontinent.
Today, we decided to prepare our tuna different from the usual fried, grilled or stew strands. We had an idea to capture all the flavor and sauce of tikka masala. So it was decided that we prepare our version of steamed tuna tikka masala.
After about 30 minutes of steaming, we unwrapped the foil and “walla!” the aroma burst into our nose. It was a gastronomic feast!
