May’s Watermelon Surprise


The perfect match for a rich dish, this intensely refreshing concoction will open the palate to the wonders of watermelon. The zing of lime also enhances its bright and juicy flavor that’s perfect for sipping on a warm day.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 10 cup diced watermelon
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 cups chilled May Sparkling Juice (red)
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: mint sprigs
Instructions:
  • Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over high heat. Cook until sugar ¬dissolves, stirring with a whisk.
  • Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
  • Strain and discard solids.
  • Working in batches, place diced watermelon and fresh lime juice in a blender. Process until smooth.
  •  Strain watermelon mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher; discard solids.
  • Stir in sugar syrup and May Sparkling Juice. 
  • Serve over ice. Garnish, if desired. 

May’s Mango Tropical Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle May Sparkling Juice (white), chilled

Instructions:
  • In a pitcher whisk together 1/2 cup water and sugar until sugar has dissolved.
  • Mix until well blended. 
  • Stir in lime juice.

  • Add in ice and mint.
